Event coverage captures the action as it unfolds with a documentary style. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination Sessions or events?

I open to travel anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most parts of South America and Europe. A travel fee applies for sessions or events beyond a 20-mile radius from downtown St. Louis. Contact me directly for a personalized quote.

2. Do you help with planning my session?

I offer guidance throughout the entire process, from choosing the perfect location and outfits to posing and anything else that comes up along the way. My goal is to make sure your session runs smoothly and that you enjoy both the experience and the results.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Sessions, services, and digital files are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 72 hours’ notice; rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a $35 fee. Cancellations are allowed, but refunds are not offered. You can read my Returns, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy here.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All images are delivered as high-resolution digital files. High-quality prints on Hahnemühle photographic paper and albums are available to order on demand, though they are not currently included in any packages.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I offer videography services as well! Bundling photo and video together means seamless coordination, a consistent style across your deliverables. Feel free to ask about my video packages when you reach out.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I encourage you to share any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or must-have shot lists ahead of time. I'll blend your requests with my own creative direction so we get everything you're hoping for, plus a few surprises you didn't know you wanted.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, and I highly recommend it! I offer a complimentary consultation—whether in person, over the phone, or via video call—o we can get to know each other, talk through your vision, and plan the details. It also helps you feel more comfortable in front of the camera on the day of your session

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You can typically expect your full edited gallery within 5–10 business days. For larger events like weddings, turnaround is usually 4–6 weeks. I'll also send a few sneak peeks within the first 48 hours so you have something to hold you over
